Kalinka Thailand (hereinafter - "the Company", "we", "us") takes the protection of personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Astrology feature in property selections
Your personal property selection includes an optional astrology section. It only runs if you open it yourself and tick the consent box. What we receive: your date of birth, your time of birth (optional, you can leave it out) and your place of birth, which you pick from a city directory. We store the place of birth as a city name and its coordinates. Why: first, to calculate astrocartography lines and prepare a description for you. Second, to choose more accurately which properties and topics to show you in selections and messages. We never write to you about astrology in our messages, and we never use this data to assess your finances, your health or any decision about you. Who else is involved: the description text is written by a language model from Anthropic (USA). Only the calculated lines, the scores, your city of birth and your broker's name are sent to it. Your date and time of birth are not sent. How long we keep it: for as long as your selection exists. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete this data at any time by writing to your broker or to the address in the Contacts section. After withdrawal the section stops working and the stored birth data is deleted. Separately: the astrology section is for entertainment and inspiration. It is not purchase advice, an investment recommendation or a forecast.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA and GDPR you have the right to: request access to your personal data; demand correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent to data processing; file a complaint with a supervisory authority. 9. International data transfers
Due to the international nature of our business, your data may be transferred and processed in Thailand, Russia and other countries. We ensure an adequate level of data protection for all international transfers in accordance with applicable law.
